Hi, I'm Lindsey Heineken, owner of Halflete Fitness. I call myself a "halflete" because, well, it's the truth! Growing up, I did not participate in many sports. In fact, I didn't develop healthy habits until after my kids were born. But once I started exercising, learning to eat properly and prioritizing my health and wellness almost 10 years ago, it changed my life completely!
As a mom of two busy kids, I know how hard it is to make time for yourself, especially when it comes to nutrition and exercise. But it's not only possible — it's totally worth the effort.
I believe that God has directed me on this journey to share my knowledge of and passion for health and fitness in order to help other women develop healthy lifestyles. I'm all about education, not deprivation — and helping you make the most of your time in gym and in the kitchen. Let's work together to create a nutrition and workout plan that works for YOU.
