Hi, I'm Lindsey Heineken, owner of Halflete Fitness. I call myself a "halflete" because, well, it's the truth! Growing up, I did not participate in many sports. In fact, I didn't develop healthy habits until my kids were born. But once I started exercising, learning to eat properly and prioritizing my health and wellness almost 7 years ago, it changed my life completely! 

 

As a mom with busy kids, I know how hard it is to make time for yourself, especially when it comes to diet and exercise. But it's not only possible — it's totally worth the effort.

I believe that God has directed me on this journey to help others develop healthy lifestyles and share my knowledge of and passion for health and fitness. I'm all about education, not deprivation — let me help you make the most of your time in gym and in the kitchen. Let's work together to create a workout and nutrition plan that works for you. There's no better time to start than now!
