This is an 8-week workout/nutrition guide designed to help you burn fat while also building lean muscle in the most efficent way! The workout guide includes both a gym and home workout for you to choose from. These workouts are split into two, 4-week blocks, include cardio and abs, and are programmed for 5 days/week, with an optional 6th day workout included.
