A Super Quick Workout for Busy Days

We all have those days where it seems there is not enough time in the day to breathe, let alone exercise. Here is a short 20 minute total body HIIT workout that you can do from anywhere the next time you are looking for a quick burn!
 

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. After finishing each round, rest 1 minute, then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

 

  • Jump Squats

  • Burpees

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Tricep Dips

  • Jump Lunges

  • Mt. Climbers
